It couldn’t be easier. Just browse through the shop and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. When you are ready, click on the checkout button and you will be asked for a few details which are needed to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment and debit cards

We make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is despatched you will receive an email confirmation.
Delivery:

- Standard delivery. A charge of £4.95 is added per delivery address. Standard delivery is first class post for packages under 1.5kg and the Post Office Standard Parcel service for heavier items. You should expect your delivery within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If the delivery period is to be longer due to items being out of stock or for any other reason, we will let you know before delivering.

Delivery charges quoted are for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery to other countries including Eire and Channel islands is possible but please call for a quote on 01444 461676 or email us at enquiries@bobbypost.co.uk

Here at BOB we care about the environment we live in and try our very hardest to re-cycle as much as we can. This means that you may receive your goods in packaging that we re-use but it also means that some of our materials may not be as green as we would wish. However, we feel that it is best to use what has already been received by us rather than disposing of it and using new packaging. We hope that you don't mind!

We hope that you will be excited and delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the service we offer. If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so in the original packaging and unused within 14 days. Please indicate on the delivery note whether you wish a refund or exchange. We urge you to obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office and ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will be refunded if any of the goods arrived damaged or are faulty.
Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.

Protx is our payment provider. They are one of the largest secure payment service providers offering secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions.
All transaction information passed between BOB and Protx is encrypted. We do not hold any credit card information on our systems or at our premises.

Any information you give us to enable us to fulfil your order is totally secure. We do not sell or rent any information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. We will always remove addresses from our address list when requested to do so.
